Nickel plated brass plugs are ductile and conductive. Nickel plating improves corrosion resistance, provides a smooth appearance and wear resistance. Used to keep out dust, dirt and moisture
A metal plug is a device used to close pipes or other openings. It is mainly used to prevent leakage or loss of liquid or gas in the pipe.
Usage: Metal plugs are very versatile. They can be used to place small cylinders with round holes at both ends of concrete round hole plates to prevent them from entering the plate holes when laying concrete. In metal structures, steel plates are used to weld and seal both ends of the steel pipe. There are heads, blind flanges, plugs, and pipe caps on oil and water pipelines. On containers, the main heads include flat, butterfly, semicircular, etc. There are also blocking plugs on the radiator. In the pressure sealing process, circular sealing is also used. Oil and water well blowout preventers and pipeline directional crossings all have heads.
Working Temperature: Static -40℃~100℃ or instantly heat resistance up to 120℃. Dynamic -20℃~80℃ or Instant heat resistance to 100℃.
