CHUANGDA provides nylon cable glands made of PA66, a leading engineering plastic with a density of 1.15g/cm³, melting point at 252℃, and continuous heat resistance of 80-120℃. The material features a balanced water absorption rate of 2.5%, high wear resistance, self-lubrication, and strong tensile/impact strength, making it ideal for high-strength cable protection. These glands offer IP68 protection via modified rubber seals and a special structural design, suitable for underwater or high-dust environments, and are certified by ISO9001, IP68, SGS, ROHS, and CE.
