DESCRIPTION

Made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant plastic, NPT Thread Nylon Cable Glands effectively seal cables, prevent dust, water and contaminants from entering electrical enclosures, and provide strain relief.

Application Scenarios:
NPT1/4 and NPT3/8:
Commonly used in small-scale electrical installations, such as control panels, sensors, and low-voltage applications.

NPT1/2 and NPT3/4: Ideal for medium-sized cables in industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and automation equipment.

NPT1, NPT1-1/4, NPT1-1/2, and NPT2: Suitable for larger cables in heavy-duty industrial applications, including power distribution systems and large-scale machinery.

 

Product Features:

Uniquely designed clamping claws and clamping rings. These components are engineered to securely grip a wide variety of cable sizes, ensuring strong tensile strength for reliable performance. The system is built to withstand harsh environments, offering protection against water ingress, dust, salt corrosion, and resistance to weak acids, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. This makes it suitable for use in demanding industrial applications where durability and protection are paramount.

Material: The main part of cable gland is made of nylon, and the clamping part as well as seals and O-rings are made of nitrile rubber.

Working Temperature: Static -40℃~100℃ or instantly heat resistance up to 120℃. Dynamic -20℃~80℃ or Instant heat resistance to 100℃.

Thread Type: National Pipe Thread (NPT) for a secure and tight seal.
